Weekly Update 51

Well what are you doing here? It is late. Yes, I am updating this blog super late. I blame the general depression of a weekend ending for my forgetfulness. I was laying in bed last night (Sunday night) and I realized I didn’t update you all. If you are new here: 1) welcome, this is the place where I update those who are curious on my journey on becoming a traditionally published author. 2) I post weekly updates every Monday… so I guess this still counts even if it is late.

I have been querying more and more agents and I am pleased (as one can be in this situation) to say that I am getting rejections again. It feels nice to finally get some emails back after all this time, even if they are “nos.” That means I have yet to receive a yes.

The weekend was fun but fast. I spent it playing new video games and reading new books (still The Way of Kings). I finally got my hands on a Persona game after years of knowing about the franchise. Persona 5 Royal is very fun, but only if you are into JRPGs (Japanese Role-Playing Games). For those who might not know the difference between a western RPG and a JRPG; just play one. You’ll understand.

Ok, I need to get to bed. Those fifth graders won’t teach themselves! See you next week.
